Job Description
The Cypress Club of Hilton Head is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to maintain residential apartments and public areas through responsive maintenance and repair.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Valid Driver License combined with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
- Ability to work well independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
