Job Description
The Cypress Club of Hilton Head is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to maintain the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas. The role involves performing routine and emergency repairs, responding to emergencies, and assisting other maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of residential building maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC
- Freedom from illegal use of drugs
- Freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Ability to work well independently and cooperatively as part of a team
