Maintenance Technician

The Cypress Club of Hilton Head is recruiting for the position of Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance.

Requirements

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
• Assist in providing initial response for malfunction of residential HVAC equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Perform additional duties requested by the Plant Director or Plant Director Assistant.
• Report any unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.
• Participate in all drills and in-service education as assigned.
• Respond to facility emergencies as needed.
