Requirements
- Utilize Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program components to enhance the lives of the residents.
- Promote a calm atmosphere.
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration.
- Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
- Document resident status.
- Respond to call lights and emergencies.
- Provide emergency care within scope of practice.
