Transportation Driver

Sedgebrook is seeking a reliable and hospitality-focused Transportation Driver to support our senior living residents. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community activities, and occasional destinations outside the local area, including travel into Chicago and on interstate highways.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a bus driver, van driver or transportation driver
• Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to understand and communicate in English and perform basic arithmetic
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, courteous demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
