Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hospitality-focused Transportation Driver to support our senior living residents. The role is responsible for safe and timely transportation of residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community activities, and occasional destinations outside the local area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a bus driver, van driver or transportation driver
- Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required upon hire and annually)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English and perform basic arithmetic
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
