Legal Operations & Contracts Manager (Part-Time)

Found is hiring a part-time Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to join its team as a critical partner to all key leaders and external counsels, helping scale legal operations in a fast-paced, high-growth digital health environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in legal operations, contracts management, or as a practicing attorney, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or regulated startups
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills (commercial agreements, MSAs, NDAs, BAAs)
• Experience managing external counsel relationships and legal spend/budgets
• Corporate governance knowledge (board resolutions, equity administration)
• Healthcare/telemedicine regulatory familiarity (FDA, state pharmacy boards, HIPAA) strongly preferred
