Specialist, Pre-Apprenticeship, LAUNCH

We are seeking a Specialist, Pre-Apprenticeship to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges. The Specialist will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pre-apprenticeship and work-based learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
• Program Development and Management
• Project Tracking, Reporting, and Compliance
• Excellent project management, group facilitation, and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex topics
• Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms
• Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Excel required
• Minimum of three (3)+ years of related work experience in workforce development, or apprenticeship/pre-apprenticeship
• Minimum of two (2)+ years of education or non-profit environment
