Job Description
Join FoundationCCC as a Specialist, Workforce Development to support grants administration projects and ensure the effective use of funds for awardees. This role involves project management, oversight, and reporting, as well as providing guidance and support to awardees.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products within agreed upon timeframes
- Experience with the California Community College system and/or Workforce Development
- Ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex topics to a variety of internal and external audiences
- Experience with project and client management software (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) preferred
- Experience with Excel required
- Experience with grants administration from a funder's perspective
- Familiarity with state and federal funding
- Possession of a valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, automobile insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle is required
