As an Account Manager, youâll manage client relationships, oversee policy renewals, and ensure coverage meets evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and producers for billing, policy changes, cancellations, claims, and general inquiries.
- Prepare marketing submissions and market accounts approximately 90 days prior to renewal.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and coverage details with underwriters.
- Review applications, quotes, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and alignment with negotiated coverage.
- Process requested policy changes, endorsements, and ensure timely follow-through with carriers.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all transactions and communication in the agency management system.
- Perform experience mod projections and reviews for workers compensation.
- Prepare loss sensitive program projections and reviews.
- Provide bid and accrual support for clients.
- Review audits and facilitate corrections when necessary.
- Assist with coordination of loss control services and support claims activity.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to producers.
- Assist in training new Commercial Account Managers.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and share information for mutual clients.
- Participate in continuing education, seminars, and skill development activities.
- Adhere to agency procedures, processes, and E&O Quality Management expectations.
