Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to build and own the reporting and operational finance layer that the company runs on. This includes building and maintaining executive dashboards, KPI reports, and scenario forecast models. The successful candidate will have hands-on QuickBooks experience, advanced Google Sheets skills, and a builder mindset.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a finance, accounting, or financial operations role
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Builder mindset
- High accuracy standard
- AI fluency
- Direct, proactive communicator
- Experience in an agency or professional services environment
- Experience building or maintaining executive-level dashboards or financial reporting tools
- Familiarity with commission structures and variable compensation calculations
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting or inter-company reconciliation
- Experience with data visualization tools or lightweight BI
