Job Description
We're looking for a Finance Specialist to build and own the reporting and operational finance layer of our company. You'll work closely with our Accountant and report to the COO, building executive dashboards, KPI reports, and commission reports, and maintaining QuickBooks operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a finance, accounting, or financial operations role
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Builder mindset
- High accuracy standard
- AI fluency
- Direct, proactive communicator
- Experience in an agency or professional services environment
- Experience building or maintaining executive-level dashboards or financial reporting tools
- Familiarity with commission structures and variable compensation calculations
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting or inter-company reconciliation
- Experience with data visualization tools or lightweight BI
Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $3,000–$3,900 USD/month
