Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to build and own the reporting and operational finance layer of our company. This role exists to build and maintain the executive dashboard, commission and KPI reports, etc. The person we're looking for is part financial analyst, part systems builder, part operational support.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a finance, accounting, or financial operations role
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Builder mindset
- High accuracy standard
- AI fluency
- Direct, proactive communicator
