Foundation is actively building and maturing our Paid Media function, seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support and execute paid media strategies, building campaigns, managing optimizations, and surfacing performance insights across assigned accounts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or agency environment
- Proven ability to build and manage campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads
- Working knowledge of tracking fundamentals: GTM, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion event configuration
- Experience pulling performance data, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts and shifting priorities
