We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to execute paid media programs across a portfolio of 4–6 client accounts, working under the direction of a Paid Media Strategist. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience and a proven ability to build and manage campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Proven ability to build and manage campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads
- Working knowledge of tracking fundamentals: GTM, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion event configuration
- Experience pulling performance data, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts and shifting priorities
- HubSpot experience is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with B2B buying cycles, lead generation, and funnel-stage targeting is a strong plus
