We're actively building and maturing our Paid Media function and need skilled executors to bring our plans to life. This role exists to support and execute the paid media strategies set by our Paid Media Strategists, building campaigns, managing optimizations, and surfacing performance insights across assigned accounts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or agency environment
- Proven ability to build and manage campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads
- Working knowledge of tracking fundamentals: GTM, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion event configuration
- Experience pulling performance data, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts and shifting priorities
