As QA Lead, you will be the hands-on guardian of an AI-powered platform that directly impacts provider workdays and patient lives. This is a hybrid role based in our Orlando, FL hub, where you will work side-by-side with our VP of Engineering to architect and execute a modern quality strategy at the intersection of health-tech and artificial intelligence.
Lead from the trenches, actively own and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing alongside your team. Design testing strategies that account for LLM behaviors, prompt validations, and model hallucinations, ensuring our AI products are safe and reliable for clinical use.
This is a specialized role requiring a unique blend of industry compliance knowledge and cutting-edge tech fluency. You will have a direct seat at the table to influence the technical direction of our testing practices and the culture of the Orlando office.
