QA Lead / Quality Engineering Lead - AI-Native Quality Systems

Zenara Health is a technology-driven mental health care company dedicated to transforming access and quality of mental wellness services. We're building AI-powered clinical software, and our quality function needs to operate at the same level of intelligence and autonomy as the products it tests.

Requirements

• Test automation architecture experience in designing and building test frameworks from the ground up
• Experience in managing or mentoring QA teams
• Strong proficiency in English communication
• Strong proficiency in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• API testing experience using tools such as REST Assured, Postman automation, or custom solutions
