QA Engineer - AI Native and Agentic Systems - Zenara Health

This QA Engineer role is part of a technology-driven mental health care company that aims to transform access and quality of mental wellness services. The company is looking for a QA engineer who can design and own an AI-driven QA system that can test complex SaaS products end-to-end and discover bugs autonomously. The ideal candidate will have experience with autonomous systems, AI-driven exploration, and replacing manual effort with intelligence.

Requirements

• 3+ years in QA (manual + automation) - foundation matters
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Test strategies, Failure modes in complex SaaS systems
• Hands-on experience with UI automation (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium), API testing
• Demonstrated use of AI in QA beyond basic test generation
• Ability to explain how AI systems decide what to test next
