Producer-in-Training

Producer-in-Training is an entry level position involving training and development. The position brings new hires with limited or no experience with insurance or sales through a rigorous training program to become a Sales Producer.

Requirements

• Learn and understand Client Management and other operating systems
• Develop a strong acumen of insurance coverages and concepts
• Develop skills for proper communication with clients and carriers
• Obtain Insurance Licenses
