Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written Serbian at least level C1, preferably native
- Good command of English language at level B2
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
- Good computer literacy
