Job Description
Spanish-speaking customer service representatives are needed to provide customer service call receipt, advise and recommend clients solutions, manage customer accounts, and provide basic technical assistance. Ongoing training and career opportunities are available in a young and dynamic team.
Requirements
- Very good command of the language in which it is applied, both orally and in writing
- A minimum level of education of at least a bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in customer relations is highly desirable
- A commercial spirit combined with a strong suggestion capacity
- Interpersonal communication skills
- A customer-oriented attitude (Smile, courtesy, empathy, ability to listen to the end without interrupting the client)
