Requirements
- Very good command of spoken Polish (C1-C2)
- Good command of spoken English (C1-C2)
- Experience in a contact center or customer facing role
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
- Good computer literacy
