Job Description
DJI is seeking a French-speaking customer representative to provide support for their range of products - drones, action cameras, and more. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of French (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (B2)
- Strong communication skills, including phone and writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
