Job Description
This position is for a French Team Manager in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves supervising a team, coaching and motivating advisors, and ensuring adherence to client/corporate goals. Daily responsibilities include performance reviews, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of French
- Proficient level of English (C1 and above)
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Lisbon
