Job Description
Foundever is seeking a talented French Trainer to assess training needs, design curriculum, deliver learning materials, and manage the training process. The role involves creating engaging training programs, evaluating effectiveness, and providing coaching to employees. It requires staying current with industry trends and adapting programs based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Strong focus on content creation for training purposes
- Adapt current articles and learning materials from a provided knowledge base
- Translate requirements into training for employees
- Develop, design, and oversee training roadmaps/modules
- Direct structured learning experiences
- Evaluate ongoing programs
- Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development
- Ensure compliance with all company and client security policies and requirements
- Adapt and present training programs for representatives/agents
- Maintain project training documentation
- Stay informed about client processes
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by the client or direct managers
