Job Description
Foundever is seeking a German Trainer to perform training needs assessments, design curriculum, manage training interventions, and evaluate program effectiveness. The role involves creating and delivering training materials, coaching employees, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, staying up-to-date on trends, and providing positive learning experiences.
