Job Description
We are seeking a German Customer Representative to join our German Customer Advisor team. This role focuses on providing first contact resolutions, building customer relationships, and exceeding service quality goals within a global insurance broker. The ideal candidate will be German native or fluent in English with strong communication skills and a desire to grow.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of German (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Local candidate or willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
