Job Description
Foundever is seeking a German Quality Specialist to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves assessing audits, monitoring CSR performance, providing feedback, and assisting clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality assurance, program monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company and client policies.
Requirements
- Native or proficient German (mandatory)
- Native or proficient of English (C2) - verbal and written
- Good organization / time management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
- Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
