Remote Customer Support Agent with Dutch and English. Responsible for responding to and resolving customer queries, providing advice and information, and navigating multiple systems. Requires very good command of spoken Dutch and good command of English.

Requirements

• Good command of spoken Dutch (C1)
• Good command of English language (at least level B2)
• Experience in a contact center or customer facing role
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
• Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
• Good computer literacy
