Job Description
As Senior HR Manager, you will take over the independent control and further development of the entire HR department at Four 20 Pharma together with a Junior HR Manager. The position involves designing HR processes, developing and implementing an HR and recruiting strategy, and leading the HR team.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in generalist HR management
- Completed education, further education or study in personnel management
- Very good knowledge of labor and employment law
- Extensive experience in recruiting as well as in designing HR processes
- Ability to work independently, structured and decision-making, think entrepreneurially and enjoy taking responsibility
