Job Description
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the facility, following established cleaning procedures and utilizing proper safety precautions. The role requires teamwork, effective communication, and ability to work independently. The Custodian is expected to provide member satisfaction and embody Four Seasons' core values through actions and behaviors.
Requirements
- High school education and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience in custodial/maintenance operations preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, materials, and cleaning machines
- CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
