Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written
• An intermediate knowledge of English is necessary to understand the needs of international customers
• Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred
• Must have excellent customer service and guest contact skills
• Candidates must be outgoing and enjoy helping others
• Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required
