Job Description
The Assistant Pool/Beach Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and restaurant in absence of the F&B Manager, maintaining a high level of guest service, and providing help in other F&B departments or outlets as needed.
Requirements
- Lifeguard and CPR Certification
- Previous employment in a related position for 1-2 years
- College degree (preferred)
- Strong Food and Beverage experience
- Knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
