Pool & Beach Assistant Manager

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The successful candidate will supervise employees, manage the recreational experience, food and beverage service, and poolside amenities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• College Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
• 1-2 years Previous experience in Hotel/Resort or Restaurant/Pool & Beach supervisor or management
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
• Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required
