Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems, including POS and inventory management software
