Support the Restaurant General Manager in leading Evelyn’s Restaurant, ensuring every dining experience reflects the relaxed sophistication and coastal elegance of the property.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-profile restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to provide leadership guidance and support for a dynamic team.
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred/is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Excellent written/verbal presentation skills. Reading, oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- Superior sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to be on his/her feet; engaged in the daily operation.
