Beverage Manager

Four Seasons is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee the hotel's beverage program across all outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest experiences. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining an innovative and seasonal beverage program, managing inventory, and collaborating with culinary and marketing teams.

Requirements

• College degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent experience
• Two to three years of previous management experience in Food & Beverage
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, cost control, labor management, merchandising, and financial reporting
• Ability to operate bar-related and Food & Beverage computer systems
• Strong communication skills with reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
