Camp Sous Chef

The Camp Sous Chef will support the Camp Chef in the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen, overseeing all Kitchen operations including quality controls, food safety assurance, and supervising all Kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality. As a department leader, you will motivate and develop a team, leading by example and instilling a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years management experience in Kitchen operations
• Good Command in English is required
• Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location
