Catering Sales Manager

Four Seasons is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join the Catering team at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. The role involves maximizing revenue across all catering business segments, developing new client relationships, and ensuring long-term client retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong focus on catering and events.
• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales and CRM systems such as DELPHI, OPERA, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
