The Chef de Partie - Night Shift oversees and prepares high-quality food items during nighttime hours at Hotel Danieli, Venice, ensuring precision, consistency, and Four Seasons' culinary standards.
Requirements
- Culinary experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong technical cooking skills and the ability to manage a section independently during overnight operations
- Fluency in English and Italian
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in culinary or F&B management roles
