We are seeking a Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our team at Hotel Danieli, Venice. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods, overseeing the pastry station, and managing mise en place. The ideal candidate will have solid pastry experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment, fluency in English and Italian, and 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Requirements
- Solid pastry experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Fluency in English and Italian
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in pastry or F&B management roles
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse pastry team
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory systems, and culinary production equipment
- A refined sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and commitment to consistently high standards
