Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Pastry Demi Chef de Partie with a focus on laminated dough
- Excellent technical knowledge of lamination and viennoiserie production
- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to perform consistently within a luxury kitchen setting
- A collaborative, professional, and calm approach to teamwork
- Commitment to continuous learning and refinement of skills
