As a Pastry Commis, you will support the creation of refined desserts and pastries at the Four Seasons Hotel, Venice. You will contribute to daily production, ensure quality and safety standards, and bring creative ideas to enhance culinary experiences.

Requirements

• Previous pastry experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or professional pastry environment
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
