Concierge

Four Seasons is a luxury hotel chain that offers a world-class employee experience and company culture. The Concierge role is central to the Front Office Team, ensuring that desk collateral and information are updated and current. The Concierge must know local activities and establish close contacts with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel setting preferred
• Ability to multi-task on several items at once
• Working knowledge of computer systems, hotel operating systems and experience with Microsoft Suite, OPERA/Concierge Smart preferred
• Knowledge of Vail and the surrounding communities
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus
