The Cook 1 will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. The role requires mastering a cooking specialty and operating various kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years culinary experience
• Advanced culinary knowledge
• Working knowledge generally learned on-the-job
