Cook 3

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Cook 3. The ideal candidate will have a combination of a culinary degree and work experience, or equivalent work experience in a full service fine dining restaurant. The candidate should be passionate about food, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Basic knowledgeable of culinary operations
• Knowledgeable in classic and modern cooking methods and techniques
• Team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
• Passionate about food and previous similar work experience
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and anticipate guest needs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
