Cook III

Join Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe as a Cook III in a luxury kitchen environment. We're seeking a hardworking and driven individual with a passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others. As a member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and professional appearance, following food safety standards, and preparing high-quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
• High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, oven, waffle iron, flat top grill
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
