Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join its Kitchen Department in Mykonos for the Season 2026. The role is pivotal in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar supervisory culinary role, strong knowledge of international cuisines, and the ability to train and lead kitchen staff effectively.

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory culinary role
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, food preparation techniques, and culinary standards
- Ability to train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff effectively
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage
- Food Service Sanitation certification
