Director of Food and Beverage

The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for ensuring the highest level of food quality and service, managing and developing a team, and devising and monitoring an annual budget for the Food & Beverage Division at Four Seasons Resort in Naples. This role requires leadership and management skills, as well as excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills.

Requirements

• Leadership and management experience in a luxury hotel/resort operations management position
• Experience in the Food & Beverage Division of a large resort, multi-outlet complex
• Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and guest service skills
